Yes! Because all our pieces are made to order by our artisans, we can accommodate custom dimensions, wood finishes, and resin colors for our inlay pieces. Please use our Contact form or reach out via WhatsApp with your specific requirements.

Handcrafting takes time. Standard pieces take between 3 to 4 weeks to craft. Custom or bespoke designs may take 5 to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the carving or inlay work. We will keep you updated with photos during the production process.

For most orders, we require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance, along with any shipping costs, is due before the item is dispatched from our workshop in Udaipur.

Yes, we ship globally! We use trusted international freight partners (such as FedEx, DHL, and specialized furniture movers) to ensure your heirloom arrives safely.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the securely packaged furniture and your exact delivery address. Once you place an inquiry, we will provide a comprehensive quote that includes estimated shipping costs to your door.

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery.

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, because work has already begun on your bespoke piece, deposits are non-refundable.

Because every AlvoraCrafts piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. We provide extensive photos and videos of your finished piece for approval prior to shipping.

We pack our furniture in custom-built, heavy-duty wooden crates to prevent damage. However, in the rare event of shipping damage, please refuse the delivery if the crate is visibly severely damaged, or accept it and photograph the damage immediately. Contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange for a repair or replacement.

Bone inlay is beautiful but requires gentle care. Clean with a slightly damp, soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, or soaking the piece. Keep inlay furniture away from direct, prolonged sunlight or extreme temperature changes to prevent the resin from yellowing or cracking over time.

Solid wood naturally breathes. Dust regularly with a microfiber cloth. Every 6-12 months, you can apply a high-quality furniture wax (such as beeswax) to nourish the wood and maintain its luster. Always use coasters under hot or wet items.
